Terms of Service

RAone is a residential property analysis tool operated by ReyAdi Developments Pty Ltd (“ReyAdi”, “we”, “our”) from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. RAone provides decision-support outputs (a verdict, supporting factor breakdowns, comparable-sales context) for individual residential property listings, evaluated against a user-defined investment strategy.

RAone is intended for adults (18+) ordinarily resident in Australia who are considering the purchase of Australian residential property for owner-occupier or investment purposes. By using RAone you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

RAone is a decision-support tool. It is not financial product advice, credit advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a real estate appraisal. RAone does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or an Australian Credit Licence (ACL). The verdict presented for any property reflects only the saved strategy you configured and the data available at the time of analysis.

Before acting on any RAone output, you must obtain independent professional advice — at minimum a qualified mortgage broker or lender, a financial advisor, and a conveyancer or property lawyer — and conduct your own physical inspection and due diligence on the property.

We collect the email address you sign in with, the strategy criteria you configure, the property addresses you submit for analysis, and the verdicts we generate for you. We also collect basic technical metadata (browser, IP address, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

RAone offers a free tier with a monthly verdict allowance and a paid Pro tier billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD, GST-inclusive) via Stripe. Pricing on the public pricing page is authoritative; prices may change with at least 14 days’ notice for existing Pro subscribers, taking effect at the next billing cycle.

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once the period has begun. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights apply.

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@raone.com.au. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is engaged in unlawful activity, or that is dormant for an extended period. We will give reasonable notice unless the breach is serious or the activity is unlawful.

You must not scrape, crawl, or systematically copy RAone outputs; resell or republish RAone outputs to third parties as if they were your own; submit property addresses you do not have a legitimate reason to analyse; or use RAone in a way that breaches Australian law (including spam, consumer-protection, and privacy law).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAone’s total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic-loss damages, including loss of profit, loss of expected investment return, or loss arising from a property purchase or sale decision you make in reliance on a RAone output.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law where doing so would be void or unenforceable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of RAone after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
