1. Who we are
ReyAdi Developments Pty Ltd, operating as RAone, is the entity responsible for personal information you provide through this service. We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Identity: the email address you sign in with.
- Strategy criteria: the investment strategy you configure (budget, target yield, growth horizon, and similar inputs).
- Verdict history: the property addresses you submit, the verdicts we generate, and any manual chips, overrides, or notes you add.
- Technical metadata: IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps — kept for security, abuse prevention, and basic analytics.
- Payment metadata: if you upgrade to Pro, our payment provider returns a customer identifier and subscription status. We do not see or store your card number.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the Privacy Act (health, racial, political, religious, sexual orientation, or criminal-history information).
3. How we use it
Your information is used solely to operate the service: authenticating you, generating verdicts against your saved strategy, billing your subscription if you have one, sending transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, billing receipts), and operating the service securely. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profile enrichment.
4. Internal QA review
To improve the quality of the verdicts RAone generates, our team periodically reviews the property analyses produced for pilot users. This review is limited to: the verdict content (the suburb and property data, scoring, and explanations rendered on the verdict page), the address of the property analysed, and the email of the account that ran the verdict.
Access is logged internally and retained for 90 days. Reviews are performed only by our small founding team and only for quality improvement (e.g. spotting bad data inputs, miscalibrated methodology, or rendering bugs). We do not contact you about specific verdicts unless we are responding to a support request you raised.

5. Data sources we combine with your inputs
To generate a verdict, RAone joins your inputs against publicly available reference datasets and licensed property data:
- Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) — demographic, dwelling, and small-area geographic reference data.
- Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) — the Australian Schools List.
- State and territory government datasets — zoning, planning, flood, bushfire, and conservation overlay layers, used under their respective open-data licences.
- Licensed property data partners — recent sales, listings, suburb-level performance metrics, and comparable-sale data licensed from commercial property data providers under contract.
These reference datasets do not contain personal information about you; they are joined with the property address you submit to produce the verdict.
6. Third-party service providers
We rely on the following service providers to run RAone:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Data is stored in the Sydney region.
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
- Stripe — subscription billing. Stripe is the data controller for your card details; we receive only a customer identifier and subscription status.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (magic-link sign-in and billing receipts).
- Sentry — error monitoring; collects stack traces and request metadata when something breaks.
Each provider may store data outside Australia. We choose providers that publish their own privacy and security posture and that contractually commit to industry-standard data handling.
7. Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your verdict history, strategy, and per-user state within 30 days. We may retain limited records longer where required for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes; these records are minimised and segregated.
8. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your account and the associated personal information.
- Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information.

9. Security
We use standard production security practices: TLS in transit, encryption at rest at the database layer, row-level security on per-user tables, magic-link sign-in (no passwords stored), and least-privilege access for service operators. No system is ever absolutely secure; if we become aware of a data breach that creates a likely risk of serious harm to you, we will notify you and the OAIC as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
10. Children
RAone is not directed at children and is intended for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
